  • What kind of medium can be used on the door? You can use any type of medium you desire on your door art. Please make sure that whatever materials you use are safe for viewers and are firmly affixed to the door.  In order to exhibit the doors, we asked that the sides of the door are kept clear so that the exhibitors can affix hardware for displaying the doors.

  • How are the sells from the door split between Thumbs Up/DMJStudio and the artists?Thumbs Up and DMJStudio are not taking anything from your sell  of your art other than the $50 fee from the door. If you do not sell your door, Thumbs Up and DMJStudio do not want anything but the opportunity to tour your door in other festivals in 2015. This is Thumbs Up first year and we really want to provide a platform for artists to show their work and sell their work. This may change in the next years, but in 2015, if you sell it, everything but the $50 for the door is yours.
